KRM Vacation & Travel is an independent travel agency based in Arkansas, USA. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and insurance providers). We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers.

 

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier.

A deposit is required to secure most reservations; final payment due dates are set by the supplier and communicated at booking.

Prices are quoted in USD and may change until paid in full.

Payments are processed securely; returned payments may incur a $35 fee.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms are set by each supplier and disclosed before booking.

KRM service fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip.

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any documents required by your destination. KRM is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or expired documents.

 

5. Supplier Liability

KRM is not responsible for injury, loss, delay, damage, or expense caused by suppliers, weather, government actions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

 

6. Group Trips

Group departures require a minimum number of travelers and may be canceled or rescheduled if minimums aren't met. Itineraries can change due to operational needs.

 

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy content without permission. We may update content, prices, and availability without notice.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Arkansas courts.
